Rotoroa Island Transport Update
Over the coming months transport to and from the island will be accessible by water taxi and private boats.
Rotoroa Island is a fabulous destination for a winter escape - the perfect place for a refresh and to connect with nature in our wildlife sanctuary.
Over the coming months transport to and from the island will be accessible through the water taxi service Auckland Sea Shuttles The water taxis offer a personalised service from Auckland or Waiheke Island, and allow you to pick a departure location and time that suits.
The regular Fullers360 ferry service to Rotoroa is being paused from June 2023 due to acute staff shortages. We will keep you updated on this as the situation evolves - but in the meantime, we continue to welcome you on the Island for a walk, for the day or for longer. Our accommodation remains open throughout the year and bookings are available here.
