Rotoroa's Environmental Statement

Throughout the development of Rotoroa Island, keeping two eyes on doing the right thing environmentally and socially has been front-of-mind for the Trust.

The re-planting of the island with 400,000 native trees over the last five years - after the mulching of unkept pines and using the mulch over much of the island - is just one example of how we are caring for the environment and the island community we are proud to be a part of.
